Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle of regulatory affairs, including product registration, dossier submission, and coordination of field and lab trials for a wide portfolio of products. The role involves leading all activities related to product registration and regulatory compliance across multiple regions, particularly Latin America, Africa, India, and China. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead all activities related to product registration and regulatory compliance across multiple regions. Oversee field trial operations and coordinate toxicological and ecotoxicological research across international laboratories. Prepare, edit, and submit registration dossiers to agricultural and health authorities. Represent the company in regulatory committees, as well as in discussions with suppliers and customers. Support patent submissions and the company's regulatory strategy. Ensure progress and compliance of all registration projects in alignment with local legislation. You will have a Master's degree or higher in Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline. A minimum of 8 years' experience in regulatory affairs for pesticides, particularly in Latin America and Africa, is required. Additional skills and qualifications include: Strong analytical skills and a methodical, accurate working style. Excellent project management and communication skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Spanish, Indian or Chinese is a plus. Proficient with MS Office tools. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines in the relevant regions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
