Position Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Production & Supply Chain Consultant (Remote – Brazil) Industry: Biotechnology Location: Brazil (Remote) Employment Type: Contract (Time & Materials - hourly) About the Company Join a global biotechnology leader transforming the future of life sciences through advanced research, sustainable manufacturing, and innovative digital technologies. As part of their large-scale operations expansion, the company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Production & Supply Chain Management Consultant to strengthen their manufacturing and supply chain systems in preparation for global-scale D365 F&O roll out. Role Overview As the Senior D365 F&O SCM / Production Consultant, you will be the subject‑matter expert for Production, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules. You will lead solution design, drive process optimization, and support global teams across complex, regulated environments. Your expertise will be critical in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the D365 platform supports end‑to‑end supply chain excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Production, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing modules in D365 F&O. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing leaders to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions. Drive full lifecycle implementations and continuous improvement initiatives across global sites. Provide expert guidance in areas such as BOMs, Routes, Master Planning, MRP, Production Control, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Quality. Run requirements workshops, create functional documentation, guide testing cycles, and support go‑live and hyper‑care phases. Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to best practices in a regulated biotech setting. Support integrations with MES, LIMS, warehouse automation, and supply chain planning tools where applicable. Requirements 7+ years of experience with Dynamics AX and / or Dynamics 365 F&O focused on Production and Supply Chain modules. Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain workflows, and operational best practices. Proven leadership in multi‑phase D365 ERP implementations or transformation programmes. Strong communication skills in English; Portuguese or Spanish advantageous. Ability to operate independently in a remote‑first environment. Must reside in Brazil. Nice to Have Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or other GMP‑regulated manufacturing environments. Exposure to MES integration, WMS solutions, or advanced planning systems. Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and cross‑functional D365 capabilities. What’s on Offer 100% remote role based in Brazil.
