Posição: Jr. Recrutador

A Nowscale está à procura de um Jr. Recrutador motivado que esteja ansioso para aprender e se desenvolver como recrutador técnico. Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Auxiliar na busca e triagem de candidatos para várias funções técnicas.
  • Desenvolver e manter um forte pipeline de candidatos qualificados.
  • Apoiar os recrutadores seniores na coordenação de entrevistas e na gestão de comunicações com candidatos.
  • Colaborar com a equipe para entender as necessidades dos clientes e os requisitos dos cargos.
  • Participar de entrevistas com candidatos e fornecer feedback construtivo.

  • Fortes habilidades em inglês: Proficiência em falar e escrever.
