About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing customers, while developing pipeline to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include: Sales and Territory Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in LATAM region Achieve or exceed quota targets: Meet or exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth Develop opportunity/account plans: Create effective plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth Establish key relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners Product demonstrations: Deliver high-level product demonstrations to new and existing accounts Pipeline development: Participate in the development of the assigned region, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling and sales cycles Business case development: Develop and deliver comprehensive business cases to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points Salesforce maintenance: Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce system Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication or related field Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish 2-4 years' sales experience within software Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator High energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and easily engage clients We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
