Senior Full Stack Engineer (LatAm) Kalepa is upending the commercial insurance industry with a state-of-the-art AI Copilot platform that empowers underwriters to make smarter, faster, and more accurate decisions. About the role We are looking for smart programmers who love code, enjoy solving challenging problems, and appreciate recognition for excellent work. As a core engineer you will step into a greenfield opportunity where your efforts will have a massive impact. Salary range $75k – $110k USD Responsibilities Work on cutting edge technologies including NLP, firmographic data, entity resolution, and more. Solve problems at the intersection of large and performant data pipelines, distributed systems, machine learning models, and robust infrastructure. Collaborate with a global team of full-stack, data, ML, and DevOps engineers considered polyglots who adapt as we scale. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience. Excellent development skills including design, debugging, and problem solving. Experience building front end components with end-to-end design/architecture. Modern front end framework proficiency – Preferably React/Redux. Backend development and API design experience. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field. Python3 is primary; exposure to other OO languages (Java, C++, C#, etc) is welcome. Experience with AWS serverless technologies and asynchronous workflows. Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL. Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub, Flask, NumPy, Pandas.
