Human Resources Specialist Location: Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil Salary: R$2,100.00‑R$2,300.00 Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Coordinate with local external legal resources to establish the human resources management regulations for the subsidiary and promote local implementation. Follow up on processes of employee recruitment, onboarding, regularization, position changes, and separation. Manage attendance for the subsidiary’s employees. Coordinate with the accounting firm for compensation & benefits calculation and payment. Follow up on performance management works in the subsidiary. Implement and promote YIZUMI’s corporate culture in the subsidiary, creating a favorable atmosphere through various activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources Management / Law preferred, at least two years of experience in HR functions. Familiar with six HR functions and have practical experience in at least two of them. Familiar with local labor laws and regulations in Brazil. Proficient in Office software; capable of processing HR data with tools such as Excel. Good written expression skills for establishing rules and regulations. Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, able to enhance team atmosphere. English can be used as the working language.
