Role Summary R Veloso acts as a logistics partner for major e-commerce companies, providing door‑to‑door deliveries with passenger cars and utility vehicles (such as Fiorinos). Drivers follow rigorous client standards, including route compliance and performance monitoring. Both experienced drivers and newcomers to logistics are welcome, with full training and operational support provided. Key Responsibilities Operate pre‑defined routes according to vehicle type and workload Perform deliveries efficiently using client route planning applications Maintain vehicle condition and ensure safe operations Assist with remaining packages or support other drivers when required Adhere to performance monitoring standards throughout deliveries Route Types 8‑Hour Routes (Full Route) : Fiorinos and vans, ~80 km, ~100 stops, higher remuneration 4‑6 Hour Routes (Half Routes) : Passenger cars or Fiorinos, half the load and remuneration of a full route SAMEDAY Routes : Passenger cars, 6 PM start, ~2 hours, 15–25 stops (currently in Guarulhos; expansion planned) Speed Routes : Passenger cars, 2 PM start, up to 6 hours, higher delivery volume, proportional pay Cube Out Routes : Handling remaining packages at the base, ~20 stops, half‑route payment Rescue Routes : Assisting other drivers who face difficulties completing their routes, half‑route pay Working Conditions Use of own passenger car or utility vehicle (Fiorino, Van, HR, Strada, Montana, Saveiro, Kangoo, or similar) Fast, scheduled loading without waiting lines Bi‑weekly payments; no handling of invoices Daily rates: 160 BRL – 550 BRL, depending on route type and workload Seniority Level Not Applicable Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Supply Chain and Management Industries Software Development and Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Apply Now Interested candidates should log in and apply for the Logistics Driver role at AI Jobs .
