Immigration Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Immigration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities: Communicate with clients: Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, providing clear and concise information about their immigration status. Document collection: Review and analyze client documents, ensuring all necessary materials are collected and prepared for submission. Client updates: Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Raising issues: Proactively identify potential issues that may impact the timely completion of cases and report them to senior legal specialists. Documentation review: Ensure client documentation is accurate and complete, identifying any missing information and reporting it to clients in advance. Collaboration: Work closely with senior legal specialists and attorneys to develop and implement effective case strategies. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Law, English, or related field. Previous experience in immigration law or a related field. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to use Adobe Acrobat Professional.
