Our technology enables businesses to run different types of Flyering, and Direct Mail campaigns. We’re constantly innovating by building new channels to make offline marketing as measurable and scalable as online campaigns. We’re on a mission to help businesses achieve measurable results through offline marketing. Now, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with a growth mindset to drive product-led initiatives and help shape our future.

We want a Senior Product Manager who can bring a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to our team. You’ll need to focus on outcomes, drive measurable business impact, and help the company scale by partnering with the tech team to maintain high pacing and quality.

Have proven experience with product growth (activation, retention, LTV, unit economics, PLG) launching and successfully growing products.
Have master product discovery, constantly talking to users, reducing risk, directing teams for success, and aligning with stakeholders
Know how to partner with tech teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
Are data-driven and know how to measure the success of product changes.
Are proactive, resourceful, energetic and focused on delivering real business impact.
This is** NOT** a role for someone who just follows best practices without understanding the business context. We need someone who can own the outcomes and navigate the complexities of a bootstrapped environment.
**What You’ll Do**
As a Senior Product Manager at Oppizi, you will:
- Lead growth-focused product initiatives, improving user adoption, retention, and LTV metrics.
- Improve the product experience and convenience by integrating with key partners and platforms
- Collaborate with the tech lead to ensure the team maintains high pace and delivery quality.
- Use data, user feedback, and analysis to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and track product impact.
- Support Product-Led Growth strategies by ensuring the product itself drives adoption, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Align product efforts with company goals, ensuring each initiative delivers tangible business results.
- Improve internal processes to increase team efficiency and reduce time to market.
- Be hands-on in product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
- Help to guide other product team members towards success.
