Hi there We are South, and our client is looking for a Senior Paid Social Strategist. This is a full-time, remote role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute, optimize, and manage large-scale paid social campaigns independently.

About The Role: Success in this role comes from designing data-driven strategies, optimizing performance, collaborating with creative teams, and delivering actionable insights that maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.

Key Responsibilities- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage paid social campaigns with 6–7 figure monthly ad spend; Create systematic testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and campaign structures; Analyze performance metrics to extract actionable insights for optimization.
- Performance Optimization: Execute daily campaign optimizations and advanced bidding strategies; Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad performance; Build reporting systems to support data-driven decisions.
- Client Collaboration & Communication: Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients; Translate complex data into actionable insights; Proactively identify optimization opportunities and performance trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative and analytics teams for campaign alignment; Support onboarding and account setup for new clients; Continuously improve campaign management workflows.
- 4+ years of experience in paid social media buying on Meta and TikTok.
- Experience managing campaigns for brands spending $500K+ monthly.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets.
- Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bonus: experience with attribution tools, creative strategy, Google Sheets/Excel, or agency experience.
