Job Title: Senior Data Engineering Professional Description: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Engineer to spearhead our data engineering efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with various data management architectures, particularly in AWS environments. About the Role: As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing data pipelines that encompass modeling, transformation, schemas, metadata, and workload management. You will drive automation through effective metadata management, ensuring compliance and governance during data use. Collaboration with data owners and stakeholders around data topics is essential. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain data pipelines for various data structures. Participate in defining data flows and access to data sources. Ensure proper use of defined data architecture. Respect security principles to ensure compliance with data delivery. Technical Requirements: Strong experience with Databricks, Spark, Python, Terraform, SQL, Scala, S3, AWS Glue, Athena, Lambda, Step Functions, big data, relational databases. Experience in EMR, Gitflow, Agile methodology, DevOps. Languages: English: Advanced or Fluent
