## AI Engineer Sênior/EspecialistaIdeenEstamos em busca de um(a) AI Engineer especializado(a) em Agentic AI para liderar a construção e evolução de sistemas inteligentes capazes de operar de forma autônoma, integrar contextos complexos e ampliar a capacidade de entrega de equipes de produtos e engenharia. Você fará parte de um time de alta performance em um cliente do setor financeiro, atuando na concepção, desenvolvimento e sustentação de arquiteturas baseadas em LLMs, fluxos multiagentes, copilots internos, pipelines de inferência e automações cognitivas.O foco é construir soluções robustas, escaláveis, seguras e alinhadas às melhores práticas do mercado, indo além do experimental e entregando valor real - Experiência sólida com engenharia de plataforma e construção de IDPs - Domínio avançado de Terraform e Terragrunt (boas práticas, modularização) - Criação de Composite Actions e pipelines com GitHub Actions - Experiência com Kubernetes em ambientes produtivos críticos - Atuação prática com AWS, GCP e Azure (computação, rede, segurança, identidade) - Conhecimento de soluções como Humanitec, Port, Crossplane, Backstage - Vivência com observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) - Capacidade de estruturar modelos de maturidade DevOps baseados em DORA - Inglês avançado (comunicação com times globais e stakeholders).#### Tasks----Liderar projetos de migração cloud complexos (multicloud, híbridos, cloud-to-cloud) - Projetar e evoluir IDPs com ferramentas como Humanitec, Port, Backstage, Crossplane - Implantar sistemas de score de maturidade DevOps com base em métricas DORA e SRE - Criar infraestrutura como código com alto reuso usando Terraform e Terragrunt - Manter e evoluir pipelines com Composite Actions no GitHub Actions - Garantir práticas robustas de Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS), com foco em segurança e escalabilidade - Arquitetar soluções aderentes às melhores práticas em AWS, GCP e Azure - Colaborar com áreas de segurança, produto e SRE para acelerar o delivery - Construir e governar ambientes cloud e plataformas orientadas a self-service #### Formation Desired---Complete College Education: Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas relacionadas #### Language Requirements---English: Advanced #### Other Requirements---Inglês avançado (comunicação com times globais e stakeholders). #### Desired Skills---● Certificações (AWS DevOps Pro, Azure DevOps Expert, Google Cloud Architect) ● Conhecimento de Vault, OPA, Kyverno e ferramentas de segurança cloud-native ● Experiência com políticas organizacionais e ambientes regulados (bancos, telcos, healthcare)#J-18808-Ljbffr
