Desenvolvedor Sênior de Marketing Digital

O Desenvolvedor Sênior de Salesforce se responsabilizará por atuar em sustentação e projetos de melhorias para clientes do setor de energia, envolvendo análise de inconsistências, proposta de melhorias e desenvolvimento de soluções na plataforma Salesforce.

Responsabilidades:

  • Analisar inconsistências e propor melhorias no ambiente Salesforce;
  • Desenvolver soluções em Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) e Flows;
  • Atuar em integração e customizações via Omnistudio e IDX;
  • Elaborar e revisar especificações técnicas e funcionais;
  • Participar de reuniões de refinamento e planejamento com o cliente;
  • Realizar deploys utilizando Change Set e IDX;
  • Suportar a equipe na manutenção e evolução do ambiente Salesforce.

Habilidades e Conhecimentos Requeridos:

  • Experiência em desenvolvimento Apex (classes, triggers);
  • Conhecimento em Salesforce Marketing Cloud e Nuvem Sales;
  • Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis e práticas de refinamento de histórias;
  • Habilidade em documentação técnica e escrita de especificações funcionais;
  • Capacidade de análise e resolução de inconsistências;
  • Experiência prévia com clientes do setor de energia;
  • Familiaridade com integração de sistemas Salesforce.
