About the role As an SEO leader with local and franchise SEO expertise, you will lead a team of SEO strategists and manage SEO initiatives for our national and multi‑location clients. This full‑time, senior‑level position requires working U.S. business hours, Eastern Standard Time. Responsibilities Provide SEO support to a team of SEO strategists. Develop and manage content strategies tailored to each franchise. Oversee the implementation of linking strategies and organic search strategies for assigned clients. Perform detailed site analyses and technical recommendations to improve organic visibility. Assist with website SEO audits and identify new link‑building opportunities. Create and enhance onboarding and implementation processes for new organic search clients. Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance. Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to communicate the impact of organic search to clients. Ensure on‑time, on‑budget SEO deliverables; identify and resolve potential impediments or escalations. Monitor and track campaign performance analytics based on client metrics. Review rankings and link data against internal success measurements. Create monthly client reports, verify accuracy, and provide analysis. Support account managers with data acquisition and campaign insights for business reviews. Attend key account meetings as needed and engage in ongoing professional development. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications 4+ years of SEO strategy and campaign implementation experience. Strong client relationship and English communication skills. Proficiency in managing multi‑location and national SEO programs. Experience with strategic planning and execution for franchise‑specific challenges.
