Buscamos incorporar en modalidad freelance una persona con experiencia como Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) con enfoque fuerte en automatización, observabilidad y DBA, para trabajar en uno de nuestros principales clientes. Requisitos Imprescindibles Experiencia en scripting y procesos de automatización (Python, Bash). Experiencia en Cloud (Azure y AWS). Conocimiento de Grafana, Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus. Experiencia como DBA creando y manteniendo bases de datos en SQL Server (Mongo o PostgreSQL), Cosmos DB. Nivel de inglés fluido. Se Valorará Experiencia con pruebas no funcionales y de producción. Experiencia en Kubernetes (EKS/AKS). Comprensión de APIs y arquitecturas de software distribuidas y asíncronas. Conocimientos de herramientas habilitadas por IA como VS Code, Claude Code, etc. Conocimiento de herramientas de automatización de procesos como N8N. Responsabilidades Incrementar la automatización de actividades operativas para reducir el riesgo de caídas, en colaboración transversal con otros equipos y departamentos. Impulsar mejoras sistémicas entre los equipos. Promover la adopción de las mejores prácticas de SRE en los equipos de desarrollo (patrones de integración, monitoreo, alertas, real-time tracing). Revisar continuamente logs, métricas y alertas para identificar e implementar mejoras continuas. Diseñar pruebas y ejecutarlas continuamente para garantizar la calidad hasta el entorno de producción.
