Everything goes through QA, so you will be directly responsible for ensuring the success of our campaign launches that connect millions of consumers to our clients every month. You will also oversee and optimize operations to meet and exceed industry standards and organizational objectives. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Supporting QA for our financebuzz.com and allaboutcookies.org domains Maintaining the process for building, setting up, and testing tracking URLs across all campaigns and platforms Reconciling reporting between internal tracking platforms and external client platforms Investigating offer discrepancies or malfunctions and finding suitable resolutions Reviewing platform documentation and internal product setup to identify improvements and collaborate with Operations to close gaps Ensuring QA standards are consistently met Communicating process improvements with internal stakeholders Analyzing ad‑hoc performance reports to enhance revenue delivery, product improvement, or site issues Monitoring revenue, conversions, impressions, and clicks for accurate reporting when new offers or links change Monitoring offer goals to ensure proper firing after creation Ensuring QA is implemented with any new process rolled out Becoming a subject‑matter expert for all QA‑related processes WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 2–3 years in operations or quality assurance, preferably with digital media advertising Exceptional attention to detail Thrives in fast‑paced environments Understanding of Postback URL tracking and other performance marketing tracking methods Experience with Tune & Yieldspark or similar tracking tools Experience with Asana or other project management tools Experience with Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI Proven ability to analyze performance reports to improve company efficiency Strong problem‑solving skills and a #BetterEveryDay mindset Proactive in seeking opportunities and solving issues Excellent organizational and communication skills Fluent in English, both written and verbal Consistent availability during East Coast hours Equal Employment Opportunity Since day one, Launch Potato has been committed to having a diverse, inclusive team and culture.
