**Business Support Officer**
**The Challenge**
As Business Support Officer you will be responsible for provide general administrative support to the Food & Beverage sales team
**The Position**
The Key responsibilities in this position will be:
- Back office support
- Documentation Management (Product Specification, MSDS, CoA, Contracts, etc.)
- Customer Questionnaires
- Sales reports and KPIs
- Sample control
- Direct interface with Customers
**The Ideal**
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economy, or similar areas
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
- Experienced in Sales, Marketing and/or Revenue Management supporting sales force back office activities in B2B and B2C companies, preferably food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, animal nutrition and health.
- Knowledge on Office package and SAP environment is a nice to have
