Job Opportunity: Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist We are seeking a seasoned technical talent sourcing specialist to drive our recruitment efforts in Latin America. Responsibilities Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source technology and business profiles for clients under outsourcing and recruitment service models. Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, sending and following up on technical challenges, coordinating technical interviews, and collaborating with internal teams and clients. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking initiatives. Ensure a seamless and excellent candidate experience throughout the process. HR Support and Partnerships Collaborate with HR teams to support initiatives such as team calls, events, activities, trainings / workshops, and all-hands meetings. Contribute to HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employer branding initiatives. Help design, document, and update internal policies and frameworks related to talent acquisition and development. Key Skills and Qualifications Proven track record of successful talent sourcing and recruitment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
