Eracore is seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced professional to create 3D models and shop drawings to provide clarity and precision during field installations. The successful candidate will utilize BIM software for visualization and validation of electrical installations. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D models and shop drawings using Revit Develop and implement precise electrical installation plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Utilize prefabrication spool drawings to optimize project delivery Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements Requirements: 4-7 years of experience with Revit and BIM software Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to interpret and create single line diagrams Experience with load calculations and voltage drop evaluations Proficiency in Architecture and Modeler software Knowledge of electrical design principles and calculations Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field What We Offer: A dynamic work environment that fosters growth and collaboration, opportunities for career advancement, and a competitive compensation package.
