FUNÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Ser o rosto da empresa, transmitindo conhecimento especializado e garantindo uma experiência de jogo de alta qualidade.
- Representar e manter a imagem da empresa, cumprindo consistentemente as políticas de apresentação e grooming.
- Apresentar todos os jogos de forma profissional, demonstrando excelentes competências de apresentação, em linha com as expectativas de desempenho da empresa.
- Envolver e entreter os jogadores com energia e entusiasmo.
- Manter um nível técnico elevado em todos os jogos, assegurando que o desempenho está alinhado com as diretrizes da marca.
- Contribuir ativamente para o plano de melhoria contínua da empresa, ajudando a alcançar os objetivos de crescimento futuro.
- Fluência nativa/em nível C2 em Português do Brasil, oral e escrito.
- Fluência em Inglês mínimo B2.
- Excelentes competências de apresentação.
- Atitude entusiasta e positiva, com personalidade extrovertida.
- Capacidade de manter níveis elevados de energia durante jogos que exigem uma performance mais animada.
- Flexibilidade de horários e disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos rotativos 24/7.
- Confiabilidade e bons registos de assiduidade e pontualidade.
- Atenção ao detalhe e excelentes competências interpessoais, essenciais para um papel de contacto com o cliente.
- Capacidade de pensar rapidamente, manter a calma sob pressão e garantir precisão, disciplina e discrição.
- Nota importante: Para esta função, estamos à procura especificamente de candidatos com sotaque de São Paulo, devido ao perfil do público e aos requisitos do projeto.
