We would love you to join us at Experian in helping us to shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. You will report to our Salesforce Platform Manager.

You will be a key member of our Sales Enablement/Operations team, focusing on leadership through influence, guidance, and collaboration rather than formal personnel management.

Your primary responsibilities will involve data quality and compliance initiatives related to the CRM system Salesforce. We seek candidates with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze client agreements to determine billing terms, custom pricing structures, and service obligations.
  • Manage client credentialing and sales opportunity processing and auditing.
  • Follow global data quality and data management best practices, documented processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain data quality by supporting ad-hoc and bulk requests, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Support internal projects by proposing solutions and orienting team members.
  • Perform data auditing, cleansing, deduplication, and review for completeness and validity, ensuring data policies are followed.
  • Resolve data quality issues through monitoring, researching, and measuring data improvements.
  • Document and update data standards and processes regularly.

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in data quality.
  • Ability to align data quality efforts with business goals and operational needs.
  • Proficiency with Excel, including complex functions.
  • Willingness to learn SFDC and other project-related tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing strategies and needs.
  • A strong interest in data entry and data management tasks.
