Multi Skilled Engineer We're looking for a Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer to join our Facilities Management team based in Westminster. Location: Westminster - site-based role. Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, day shift work. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. Key Responsibilities As a Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the Kier Facilities Management team, supporting the Operations Manager in delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across our Westminster portfolio. Day-to-Day Activities Delivering both reactive and planned preventative maintenance to ensure full compliance and achievement of service level agreements. Working closely with the local engineering and administration team to plan workloads and maximise productivity. Managing and supporting subcontractors to ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to Kier standards. Carrying out and submitting quoted works within agreed SLAs and budget requirements. Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in commercial maintenance, including PPMs, reactive works, and contractor liaison. A strong mechanical background, with the ability to assist and guide colleagues where needed. Eligibility for SC Clearance (must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years).
