Supervisor de Operações - Macaé, Rio de Janeiro Position A Iron Mountain está buscando um experiente Supervisor de Operações para se juntar à nossa equipe de Operações. Neste papel, você será responsável por liderar a equipe de campo e de armazém na unidade de Macaé, garantindo a excelência operacional, a segurança e o cumprimento das regulamentações locais. Você terá um papel fundamental na otimização de processos para suportar o sucesso contínuo de nossos clientes na região. Responsabilidades Principais Liderar e supervisionar as atividades diárias de campo e armazém, assegurando o cumprimento dos cronogramas operacionais e a alocação eficaz de recursos para atingir as metas de produtividade e qualidade. Colaborar ativamente com as equipes de Vendas, Logística e Gerência Sênior para identificar e implementar melhorias contínuas nos fluxos de trabalho, traduzindo insights operacionais em planos de ação. Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso das políticas internas da Iron Mountain, bem como das normas locais de saúde, segurança (HSE) e legislação trabalhista, promovendo uma cultura de conformidade e excelência. Habilidades e Qualificações O candidato ideal deverá ter: Experiência em supervisão e gestão de equipes de campo e operações de armazém, preferencialmente no setor de logística ou gerenciamento de informações. Conhecimento sólido em gestão de frotas, otimização de rotas e inventário, e domínio de ferramentas de planejamento de recursos empresariais (ERP) ou sistemas de gerenciamento de armazém (WMS). Capacidade comprovada em liderança de equipes, resolução de problemas e tomada de decisão rápida em ambientes de alta pressão operacional. Formação superior completa em Logística, Engenharia, Administração de Empresas ou área relacionada.
