Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:
- Attending internal and external phone calls, operating trunk lines and extensions;
- Reporting defects in extensions and desks to the Contract Supervisor, along with any other abnormalities;
- Controlling and assisting with automatic telephone calls;
- Providing directional information related to the department;
- Receiving and transmitting telephone calls;
- Adhering to all legal norms and directives issued by the Contract Supervisor;
- Complying with all regulations governing Public Administration;
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
- Complete High School Education;
- Basic knowledge of computers;
- Good diction, poise, and politeness in interactions;
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Contract Type: CLT Fixed - Monthly
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 13:15 with a 15-minute break
- Salary: R$ 1,545.83 per month
- Meal Allowance: R$ 805.00 per month
- Transportation: R$ 12.00 per day
- Location: Easy access to Curitiba, Centro
