Work, train and learn with a growing team with over 300 people based in Portugal, the US, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and China, who are transforming the business of retailers across the globe. We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our growing delivery team in Brazil.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage cross-functional project teams
  • Coordinate and control team activities, including technical implementation tasks, process reengineering, and organizational change activities to achieve desired results
  • Prepare project execution plans and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, meet technical requirements, and achieve business objectives
  • Manage budget and schedule
  • Select, develop and leverage appropriate technical and business resources needed for successful project execution
  • Align the project team around the project's visions, strategy, goals, methodology and business objectives
  • Manage project resources and external stakeholders such as subcontractors and service suppliers
  • Lead regular project reviews with external and internal stakeholders, including senior IT and business leaders
  • Coordinate and maintain program communications
  • Ensure project results are of the highest caliber, meeting technical and behavioral objectives, business case targets, and planned value
What we are looking for:
  • Projects Manager with +7 years of experience as IT Project Manager
  • Experience leading functional and technical teams to deliver IT solutions
  • Experience leading projects as a service provider
  • Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of work experience in IT Project management plus applicable schooling/certifications
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
What would be a plus:
  • Project Management certifications
  • Experience in managing projects in Retail context and/or experience with Oracle Retail suite of applications
