Your RoleAs a Senior Front-End Developer at PALO IT, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and scalable user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve web solutions that make a real impact — on people, on society, and on the planet. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers using Figma to turn concepts into interactive experiences. Translate product requirements and design mockups into pixel-perfect, functional interfaces. Write clean, modular, and testable code adhering to best practices. Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Optimize front-end applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Lead by example in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners, Designers, and Backend Engineers. Explore and integrate AI-augmented tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in daily workflows to increase productivity. Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience building web applications using React.js. Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, including types, generics, and modular design patterns. Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component-based design, and performance optimization. Familiarity with Figma and basic design interpretation and implementation. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with remote teams. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in Git, code versioning practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot) is a nice-to-have. Bonus: Experience with server-side rendering frameworks (Next.js), testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), or accessibility standards (WCAG).
