Visão geral:At its core, the Campaign Manager role is a Project Manager role. The Campaign Manager will ensure the timely delivery of Marketing Campaigns across all channels through diligent project management and communication. Campaign Managers work closely with Audience Managers and Channel Owners to understand, coordinate, and project manage all of the deliverables, timelines, and milestones associated with campaigns and related programs. This includes creating assisting with strategy development, creating workback schedules, managing workflow, securing legal approvals, and becoming proficient with associated processes and systems. The marketing organization currently uses Workfront as its campaign management tool.Campaign Managers work within a project management system to set dates, create visibility, and manage the end to end campaign process. They sit between the audience manager strategists and the channel owners and work closely with all campaign execution stakeholders to ensure that each group understands the deliverables, timelines, and SLAs. The Campaign Manager provides ongoing updates, facilitates problem solving, and acts as the “glue” that ties groups together and streamlines workflows and processes.Each Campaign Manager has the opportunity to greatly impact Avalara’s marketing efficiency and nimbleness by bringing discipline and operational excellence to our Marketing organization.**Responsabilidades**:- Drive the Marketing organization to dates and deliverables - the Campaign Managers are empowered to drive the deliverables from stakeholder teams to meet campaign dates. When timelines are met, there should be strong confidence of campaign go-live.- Effectively utilize the Campaign Management system - setup, manage, and track campaigns in the campaign management/project management system to facilitate the overall project management process in order to increase Avalara’s marketing department efficiency and productivity.- Develop a keen understanding of the various components necessary in integrated campaigns - work with and advise, Audience Managers on the content of their Campaign Briefs to ensure that the documents are not missing important details and deliverables necessary to the timely and effective execution of the campaign.- Schedule and facilitate review sessions with Audience Managers and key Stakeholders - ensure that all key stakeholders and campaign execution staff are clearly informed and understand the expectations, scope, and timing of deliverables. Surface any key issues and communicate progress to ensure the timelines and launch dates are met.- Impart a culture of Operational Excellence - Campaign Managers should constantly look to improve processes. They will be asked to take on projects that lead to greater operational efficiency and efficacy.Qualificações:- Bachelor’s Degree- 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or other related field- 1+ year of Marketing experience preferred- 1+ Project management experience preferred- 1+ year of campaign management experience (preferred, but not necessary)- Prior experience with Workfront or other workflow management tool is preferred, but not necessary- Strong written and spoken English language proficiency- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsImportant To Know:- As this is a position with interaction with international teams, only resumes sent in English will be considered.Sobre a Avalara:**About Avalara**:We’re building cloud-based tax compliance solutions to handle every transaction in the world.
