**OVERVIEW**
**DUTIES**
- Position will require you to report to different locations based on which phase of the project we are currently inside. During on-site operational project you will be required to be on-site for (30-45 days), Maintenance Stage (60-90 days) and dismantle stage (14 days) - we provide housing, food, and travel during all business travel and on-site projects.
- Monitor project operations, and ensure each phase of the project is being handled according to the timeline.
- Developing strategy and efficiency techniques to deliver better processes.
- Ability to advance to handle - Hiring and Training of new employees remotely during growth periods.
- Business retention of current accounts, and improving relations Tradeshow and Conference participation when needed
- Translation between Chinese Mandarin speaking staff members, English speaking personnel and Portuguese clients and team members during critical moments of the project.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be able to travel at any time
- Must have a flexible schedule and ability to focus on multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly developing environment.
- Being proficient in Administrative level functions are critical (Word - Excel - PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and self motivating.
- Trilingual English / Mandarin / Portuguese Required

Pay: R$ 5,000 - R$ 6,000 / year
