About the role

We work in an agile, multinational organization that develops cutting-edge products and services for both public and private sectors across the Nordic countries. Our teams are committed to creating, supporting, and delivering modern solutions used by healthcare and social care professionals throughout the region.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Leading Product Design and Architecture : You will lead architectural decisions that shape the future of our healthcare solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards
• Collaborating with Global Teams and Customers : You will understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Engaging with Customer Stakeholders : You will build strong relationships to maintain a clear and predictable product vision
• Identifying and Mitigating Risks : You will detect gaps in architecture, security, deployment, and configuration, proposing solutions to minimize risks and enhance system integrity
• Mentoring and Coaching Team Members : You will guide them in resolving complex technical issues and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

We are looking for someone with

• Extensive Experience in Software Development and Architecture, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex software systems
• Knowledge of Cloud and Containerization, including proficiency in public and private cloud platforms and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Expertise in Healthcare Standards like FHIR, openEHR, and SMART on FHIR to ensure interoperability and compliance
• Visionary Architectural Skills to conceptualize and design holistic solution architectures that meet current and future needs
• Agile Methodology Proficiency, with experience working in agile environments utilizing methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Strong Technical Skills in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web development, and design patterns
• Programming Expertise, with excellent coding skills in languages such as C# and experience with frontend frameworks like Angular
• DevSecOps Experience, with exposure to integrating security practices into the DevOps process to ensure secure and reliable software delivery
