Backend Node + RoR Developer – Remote – Latin America Join FullStack Labs as a Backend Node + RoR Developer working remotely for leading U.S. clients. The Opportunity Integrate into client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers on a daily basis. Work on flexible, project‑based development as a Backend Node + RoR Developer. What We're Looking For 4+ years of professional software development experience. Advanced English proficiency. Four‑year college degree. Designing and implementing backend systems using Node.js (main technology). Hands‑on experience with Bun and Elysia frameworks (plus). Practical experience developing and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications. Strong understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and backend architecture. Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and ORM tools. Proficient with Git and modern CI/CD workflows. Solid understanding of cloud environments and containerization with Docker. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. Forensic attention to detail, positive mindset, and can‑do attitude. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems. Extreme ownership over your work and consistency with 40 hours per week. What We Offer Competitive pay and 100% remote work.
