The opportunity: CEO OFFICE MANAGER
Purpose of the Role:
To provide high-level administrative, project, and strategic support to the LatAm CEO. The CEO Office Manager ensures the smooth running of the CEO office, facilitates effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and drives the execution of key initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare, manage and coordinate LatAm regional meetings and follow up of issues that require continuity
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on action items from leadership meetings
- Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and prepare executive summaries
- Organize and support strategic events, town halls, and leadership offsites
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external use
- Serve as liaison between the CEO, executive team, and key stakeholders across the organization
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Performance Management Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of tasks and communications
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and anticipate the needs of the CEO
- Deliver high-quality project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain high standards of integrity in all interactions
- Actively seek feedback and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Project management and multitasking habilites
- High attention to detail and analytical ability. Strong numerical/financial skills.
- Systemic approach and synthesis capacity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), ability to use technological tools (applications and use of AI solutions)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptability and a proactive, positive attitude
Other Key Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication in Portuguese or Spanish and English (Portuguese/Spanish as a third language is a plus)
- Ability to work with senior leadership and manage confidential information
