Unlocking the Power of Dynamics 365 Solution Architect As a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact digital solutions across industries. This challenging project offers an exciting opportunity to lead a strategic technical assessment, simplify and optimize a complex CRM ecosystem, and define a roadmap for long-term transformation. You will be responsible for evaluating the current Dynamics 365 CE architecture, identifying sources of complexity, performance bottlenecks, and fragility, and recommending strategies to simplify the architecture and reduce technical debt. Your expertise in integration technologies, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies will be essential in assessing managed service models and support optimization. This project requires a senior-level professional with a strong track record in CRM architecture rationalization and modernization, data modeling, reconciliation, and automation. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the current Dynamics 365 CE architecture and identify areas for improvement Recommend strategies to simplify the architecture and reduce technical debt Analyze integrations, including Dataverse OData APIs, Outbound Event Messages, and ESB Review data flows, reconciliation challenges, and environment promotion processes Assess Azure DevOps pipelines and multi-environment deployment practices Develop a short-term stabilization and medium-term optimization roadmap Required Skills and Qualifications: Senior-level expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales Enterprise module) Strong experience with integration technologies: Dataverse APIs, ESB messaging, web services Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies Proven experience in CRM architecture rationalization and modernization Experience assessing managed service models and support optimization Benefits: Opportunity to work on challenging projects for big clients Chance to learn more about emerging technologies Possibility of working remotely
