Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers to foster professional growth and development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
  • Develop and implement innovative project management strategies and methodologies
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand client relationships
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture)
  • 10+ years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams with exceptional communication skills
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on process improvements
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management)
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma)
  • Experience working in a global organization with multicultural teams
  • Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies
  • Proven experience in business development and securing new project opportunities
