Requirements Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach — you know how to connect, engage, and build conversations that get real responses. Collect and verify candidate contact details (emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) with speed and accuracy. Add candidates to the ATS, ensuring complete and up-to-date records. Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones Ensure high-quality standards throughout every stage of the hiring pipeline React swiftly to last-minute changes (e.g., cancellations, reschedules) Hit daily/weekly sourcing goals tied to hiring KPIs and performance metrics.
