Overview

(.NET Core MVC) L2 Technical Support Consultant (Brazil) – Join a multicultural, multilingual team in a fully remote role.

What you will do
  • Answer support calls and document new issues or requests in the feedback log
  • Attend the daily morning meeting with developers to stay informed about app changes
  • Assist testing of items released to the test environment, document bugs or defects, and report back to the developer
  • Monitor the feedback log within applications for new feedback each day
  • Reproduce reported bugs or issues, documenting steps to reproduce in the feedback log
  • Assist in preparing requirements for enhancements after management discussions
  • Communicate with developers and other IT teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
What you need to succeed in this role
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Over 2 years of experience in .NET Core MVC Framework
  • Technical ability to troubleshoot bugs
  • QA mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to reproduce reported issues
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
