Job Summary LINUX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR FOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT We are seeking professionals with extensive experience in Linux and Unix, as well as public Cloud, to provide support in our Professional Services division. Key Responsibilities: Participate in critical incident management, troubleshoot service request failures, downtime extensions, and ongoing incidents for customers. Respond promptly during escalations, take proactive measures to prevent escalations, identify initiatives to enhance operation stability, and drive improvements for customer systems. Standardize and simplify server operations through driving initiatives. Implement continuous improvement methodologies, including root cause analysis for service request failures/outages, performance issues, and define corrective action plans with mitigation steps. Analyze root causes of failures impacting key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop corrective action plans. Coordinate and orchestrate work between teams, collaborate with units within and outside the Enterprise Cloud Service unit. Implement process improvements for daily operational activities and streamline standard operating procedures through automation enhancements. Provide proactive operation services for customers and offer on-demand services with timely alert reduction programs for stakeholders, including customers.
