We focus on quality communication work-life balance transparency and keeping a flat organization while having a hell of a time doing it As of today we are looking for a decent person with some solid Ruby experience to join our team You should be passionate about: User experience and goal-directed design Current Elixir best practices Style presentation and design You should be strong on all of the following: HTML / CSS not a web designer but extremely good at implementing markup Javascript Webpack Ruby on Rails at least 2 of working experience Performance optimization SQL tuning caching strategies Ability to own projects end-to-end Bonus skills: Client-side MVC (e.g. React Ember Stimulus or Angular) Other languages / frameworks (e.g. Python Go) HTML5 fanciness (e.g. WebSockets components) Amazon Web Services (AWS e.g. S3 EC2) Docker DevOps or infrastructure knowledge Having founded your own startup.
