ACES Process Specialist, ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) BR Ops Apply for the ACES Process Specialist role at Amazon. As an ACES Process Specialist, you will guard quality control at Earth's most customer‑centric company, adopting and continuously improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at Amazon Logistics, Amazon's last‑mile delivery arm. Key job responsibilities Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all operational processes Lead process integration efforts at Delivery Stations (DS) Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives Own and manage granular change on a granular level Conduct audits to ensure SOP adoption and eliminate defects and deviations Collaborate with teams under the Roof (UTR) and On the Road (OTR) to identify improvement opportunities Consistently deliver the best possible service to customers A day in the life You will work closely with all AMZL teams to offer support, expertise, and insight into bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Teams you will collaborate with Station Ops Last Mile team / Delivery Service Providers (DSP) Learning Finance HR Loss Prevention About the team The Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team ensures quality control and continuous improvement, keeping a close eye on metrics, raising the bar on performance and efficiency, adopting new technology and procedures, and supporting peers with subject matter expertise. Basic qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques Experience in program or project management Fluent in English (write, speak, read) Preferred qualifications Master's degree, MBA, or related advanced degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field Six Sigma Black Belt, or experience designing review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
