Key job responsibilities Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Perform complex data analysis, identifying trends in large datasets Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports Translate business objectives into technical requirements Troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative BI solutions Deliver regular project updates and key metrics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing Knowledge of software development and project management concepts Skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight) Knowledge in SQL and data manipulation Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
