For more information, visit .About the role The challenge of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is to help Nubank make better financial decisions. Our mission is to understand the company’s performance from a financial perspective by analyzing past results and creating projections for the future. Broadly speaking, our team is divided into FP&A Horizontals, FP&A Markets, FP&A Global Products, FP&A Efficiency, and Procurement. Key Responsibilities: • Analyzing, explaining, and forecasting the financial results of the Credit Card Business Unit;• Improving FP&A processes to generate insights and clarity in income statements, always thinking in a scalable way with reliable data;• Understanding and analyzing the impacts of product-related decisions on the results of the Business Unit (BU);• Automating reports by connecting them with databases from different sources;• Building, updating, and reviewing financial models and simulators;• Creating and presenting executive materials with financial results to the Business Unit and Leadership team.
