**Job Summary**
**Essential Job Functions**
- Manage production schedule in order to provide product availability to attend sales demand
- Review/manage inventory in a monthly basis to identify potential shortages and slow moving items, highlighting key findings/trends
- Review/manage Slobs (Slow moving and Obsolete materials) and inventory projection, DMFU creation
- Control Weekly Demand fluctuation for material management
- Support review Quarterly Master data (Plan Delivery Time, Safety stock/days, lot sizes, delivery frequency, storage level ) balancing with stock physical availability and operation's needs. Have agreement with all area impacted by this changes.
- Support product launches, gathering and providing production information in advance to the Network Operations team
- Take action to guarantee all information in SAP system according to 100% System driven planning principles
- Be key contact with material suppliers
**Basic Requirements**
- Engineering Bachelor Degree, Graduated in Foreign Trade or Business Administration
- Knowledge in Supply Network Planner, Demand Planning or Production Planning
- Knowledge SAP R3/APO system experience required
- Intermediate English level
- Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel, Google Sheets and G-Suite
- Strong Analytical Skills to control process and KPIs
- Good interpersonal communication
**Other Required Experience or Qualifications**
- Basic leadership skills
- Desirable to have worked closely with the SNP, Purchasing and Demand departments or to have experience
- Basic knowledge in Data Studio
- Intermediate Spanish level

In today's dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Production Planning. What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's Production Planning? This position leads and supports the Production Planning process by consolidating inputs from Demanda, SNP, Manufacturing, and NetWork together with statistical analysis, history and personal experience to build a Production Plan for periods of up to according requeriments monthy.
