**About the team**:
Our Product Support organization is looking for an intern to join the Business Technology Platform
support team.
We are driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding technical customer service and
delight them with a great support experience, reducing customer effort as much as possible.
The main responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation,
deployment, functionality, and usage of SAP Products.
The intern will need the ability to support complex environments that include a variety of operating
systems, platforms, and databases.
SAP Support is also on chat. As such, the intern is also going to interact with customer real-time.
**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**:SAP iXp Intern - SAP Business Technology Platform Support
**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS
**In this role, you’ll**:
- You will help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors.
- You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), previous customer incidents,
documentation, or verifying the configuration directly in the system.
- You will exhibit and learn about the following meta-skills to be recognized as a trusted
advisor by your customers and your peers:
- Empathy
- Growth Mindset

- Active Communication
- Strategic Understanding
- You will share knowledge by creating and improving KBAs, discussing solutions with
colleagues, and participating in forums.
- You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through classroom training, remote
training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings.
- When needed, you will report errors to development teams.
- Monitor and adhere to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) via queue monitoring.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues.
- Cooperate closely with other Product Support teams and Development Support.
- Communicate professionally and proactively with SAP customers & colleagues.

- University Students currently studying IT or related with ideally not more than two years until
graduation.
- English: Fluent level is required (oral and written). You will be in contact with customers and

- Customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
- Flexible approach to working in teams as well as environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented individual.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Unix/Windows) would be a benefit.
- Experience with SAP Products would be a benefit.
- Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (Java, ABAP, etc.) would be a benefit, but
certainly not a must.
