Procurement Payments and Expense Reimbursements Specialist Job Overview: Our organization seeks a highly skilled Procurement Payments and Expense Reimbursements Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing procurement payments and expense reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily voucher check process to guarantee timely and accurate payment processing. Enter journal entries in accordance with accounting regulations to ensure compliance and reliability. Identify AP accounting issues and risks, proposing solutions and measures to mitigate them. Lead or participate in specialized projects aimed at enhancing work efficiency and quality. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Portuguese and English, with Chinese being a plus. Proven experience in AP accounting; familiarity with Brazilian financial and tax policies and practices is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with other departments. Basic IT system knowledge, with relevant experience in system establishment or integration being an asset.
