Job Description

You will map Reddit by contextualizing and identifying relationships between subreddits and posts based on culture, trends, audience, genre, and/or theme. You will create categories and label subreddits and posts to improve Reddit’s content understanding, resulting in better ML recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Understand policy and labeling guidelines and execute accurate labels based on those guidelines.
  • Content labeling (maintaining the accuracy and coverage of our community topics and ratings).
  • QA of Machine Learning results and creation of data-sets for Machine Learning training.
  • Identifying common patterns in datasets.
  • Document insights based on labeling observations.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with investigating, reviewing, or assessing digital content.
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for Reddit, internet culture, and online trends.
Bonus Points
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
  • Experience as a successful content creator/curator on TikTok/YouTube/Instagram.
  • Experience as a moderator on Reddit.

6-month contract to start - high likelihood of extension.
