- Commercial Performance - Achieve commercial targets aligned to regional strategic objectives, championing DE+I and ESG initiatives, and delivering Customer Experience through NPS focus.
- Direct involvement in revenue generation - Identify new business opportunities, clients, and sectors, winning business and delivering against individual revenue goals.
- Business Development - Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders, securing new business opportunities and expanding the client base. Develop proposals and attend client meetings as required.
- Proven track record of sustained commercial success in executive search and senior leadership recruitment, meeting productivity and performance expectations.
- Established market presence, personal brand, and capability to develop and win business.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with exceptional client service.
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
- Ability to stay abreast of market trends and competitive information.
- Possesses high levels of commercial acumen.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
