Job Description
  • The Associate Partner will win and undertake assignments, optimize our proposition, and maximize personal performance within the executive search and senior leadership recruitment space.
  • They will demonstrate leadership qualities by contributing to business success, leveraging expertise, influencing stakeholders, and addressing business requirements effectively.
  • The Associate Partner will have a strong personal brand, industry knowledge, and skills, increasing visibility as a thought leader and building a network of contacts and clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Performance - Achieve commercial targets aligned to regional strategic objectives, championing DE+I and ESG initiatives, and delivering Customer Experience through NPS focus.
  • Direct involvement in revenue generation - Identify new business opportunities, clients, and sectors, winning business and delivering against individual revenue goals.
  • Business Development - Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders, securing new business opportunities and expanding the client base. Develop proposals and attend client meetings as required.

  • Proven track record of sustained commercial success in executive search and senior leadership recruitment, meeting productivity and performance expectations.
  • Established market presence, personal brand, and capability to develop and win business.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with exceptional client service.
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Ability to stay abreast of market trends and competitive information.
  • Possesses high levels of commercial acumen.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
