About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled Creative & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for shaping the visuals that fuel campaigns for global brands and artists. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of timing, storytelling, and rhythm, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and experience editing for social-first platforms. Edit short-form and long-form content for various digital and campaign platforms. Work closely with producers, designers, and senior editors to deliver polished, on-brand videos. Adapt content for multiple formats and specifications. Manage raw footage, organise project files, and maintain efficient workflows. Stay up-to-date with cultural and content trends, bringing fresh ideas and editing styles to projects. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and DaVinci Resolve a plus). Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and rhythm. Understanding of editing for social-first platforms. Attention to detail and organised approach to file management.
