Clarivate is seeking to hire on a dynamic Renewals Account Manager to join our Life Science & Healthcare team This position plays a critical role in maintaining successful client relationships, managing renewals, driving incremental revenue, and providing invaluable cross-functional perspective on product and process improvements to the client experience.About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments...- Associates’ degree- 3-5 years’ related experience in sales or customer service- Basic Excel knowledge and skills- Portuguese/English Bilingual fluencyIt would be great if you also had...- Salesforce experience, or similar CRM experience, would be a plus- Bachelor's degree- Experience in consultative selling and strategic account management- Prior experience in academia customer-facing roles would be a plusWhat will you be doing in this role?...- Provide on-going support and coordinate with Renewals Account Managers in North America to determine best team player/approach to engage client in renewal activities and new business opportunities; considers account history, existing relationships, and other factors.- Focus on new business, uncovering opportunities, creating target lists, prospect, and participate in territory planning while engaging the RAM/Account Manager as appropriate.- Participate in strategic discussions with internal stakeholders on future product enhancements; customer offerings/bundles and other initiatives aimed to strengthen renewal retention and new business generation.- Execute regular account reviews with the RAM North America Team, including contract status, product migration and cross-sell/upsell opportunity, account penetration, and issue review, providing updated and regular status reports to RAM Americas Leadership.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
