We are a regional and sector specialist in alternative asset management for over 35 years. This position will be based in our Office in Brazil in a full in‑person work model. We are looking for local talent. Main Responsibilities Reporting on asset/liability operations and following up on settlements with the administrator/custodian and internal systems Registering and storing documentation related to fund operations, transactions, and expenses Registering and approving assets internally and with administrators Registration of funds and managers with brokers, administrators, and other counterparties Analysis and control of fund operations, expenses, and cash flow Maintaining and submitting various support reports (trades, brokerage, fundraising, etc.) Monitoring the invested portfolio (material facts, corporate events, amortizations, and income) Contact with different areas for multidisciplinary activities (management, sales/IR, FP&A, administrators, brokers, etc.) Supporting shareholders in technical and operational matters Assisting in the improvement and automation of processes Skills and Qualifications Good level of Excel Knowledge of investment funds Knowledge of private fixed‑income operations Previous experience in administration, custody, management, or treasury Corporate Values Ethical Aligned to Our Clients' Objectives Associative and Complementary United by a Purpose Disciplined, Criteria‑driven and Hands‑on Environment that Fosters High‑Performance Equality & Diversity At Patria we do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, disability, or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
