We're looking for a highly organized and communicative Professional to support our online programs.

As a Class Coordinator, you'll provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to academic staff and faculty.
  • Managing course schedules and maintaining records and databases.
  • Serving as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
  • Monitoring student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
  • Facilitating communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
  • Planning and coordinating events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
  • Liaising with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
  • Maintaining records, reports, and program-related documentation.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
