Account Executive Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our organization. About the Role: Key responsibilities include full-cycle sales prospecting, running discovery sessions, delivering demos, and closing deals. Self-service opportunities remain on our websites, while you will focus on outbound efforts and expansions. The Ideal Candidate: You should possess excellent English skills for U.S. prospect calls, have 2+ years of experience in SaaS business development and sales, and demonstrate hunter skills: list building, smart personalization, effective communication, and disciplined follow-up. Tools used include HubSpot, Apollo or similar, Sales Navigator, Loom, Calendly, Google Workspace. Cash incentives: US$8k–$15k+/mo once ramped (grows as we optimize). Key performance metrics: Show ≥70% • Show→SAO 45–60% • SAO→Win 20–35%. Schedule: Remote with ~3–4 hours overlap to U.S. ET/PT. Engagement: Independent contractor. Compensation: Uncapped, paid on cash collected (Base: US$1.2k–1.8k/mo + 25–40% on cash collected for self-sourced deals)
